To determine how we rate our online casinos and poker rooms we use a combination of knowledge, testing and opinions gathered up from nearly 10 years of gambling experience. Listening to players and participating in forums around the web.

These buttons determine how highly we rate that perticular casino or poker room. Its not an exact science but a reflection on how well we think they do on certain criteria.

Considerations

The main 5 criterias we look at are:

2. Playability + Graphics
3. Safety and Security
4. Customer support
5. Banking

Casino Bonus - We look to see how big the bonus offered is, what the percentage of that bonus they are offering in releation to how much you need to deposit. We also base it on factors such as Turn requirement: (turn requirement is the amount of times a bonus has to be wagered before you can withdraw any winnings from using your bonus).

Playability - Playability is key to enjoyment of a casino or poker room. If its not asthetically pleasing to the eye, or the graphics lack character and design faults, then its really not going to be very pleasant to play there.

Safety and Security - Safety and security is paramount. If the casino uses the latest 128 bit ssl encryption and wether they are independently audited for transpareny. We certainly dont want to be ripped off by con artist scam casinos. And i will never promote any casino or poker room that uses these tactics, after all im a gambler too and enjoy playing poker online and the odd hand of blackjack as much as anyone.

Customer Support - Customer support is always useful and you never know when you might run into problems so its always good to know they are competent and respond in a timely manner.

Banking- And last but not least banking, what options do they offer andmore importantly is it easy to deposit and withdraw your money.
